The Lost City of Atlantis

What do you guys think about the legend of Atlantis. Is it possible that a civilization that long ago, could have been much more advanced than our civilization is at present? And if so, how come they just vanished into thin air, with only a small trace of existence?What do you all think?

I dunno bro, I mean, they have found remains of an entire civilization under the ocean somewhere (Atlantic I *think*). So, we do know that those buildings belonged to someone, how advanced they were is another story all together.

Myself, I believe the ancient city existed at one time.
